Weyburn Gymnastics Club (Airbourne Gymnastics Team) is looking for Coaches in all areas! 

If you are a positive, friendly, hardworking, caring and passionate person – looking for part time (possibly more hours in the future if desired) work – we need you on our TEAM!

Recreational Coaches

​

No experience in coaching is required!  A willingness to become a certified coach with our help is a must! 

This role may be for you if you are:

• At least 15 years of age (by December 31, 2021)

• Stay at home parent looking to get back into the gym in a coaching capacity

• Previous gymnastics, dance, cheer or acrobatics experience is preferred

• Positive, motivated, energetic, friendly and responsible

• Able to work evenings / weekends / school holidays / daytime hours

Pre-Competitive and Competitive Women’s Gymnastics Coaches

Looking for positive, skilled, outgoing and motivated coaches in our WAG program. 

Our ideal candidates will:

• Be able to work unsupervised and provide supervision where needed to other coaches

• Have experience in coaching in either recreational, pre-competitive or competitive gymnastics

• Help to identify and recruit new team athletes

• Provide positive communication with parents, athletes, board members and others

Requirements:

•  Ideally NCCP Level 1 / Gymnastics Foundation certified.  NCCP Level 2/Competition 1 trained or certified would be a definite asset.  The willingness to become NCCP Level 2/Competition 1 certified is a must!

• Minimum 1 year coaching experience

• Able to work evenings and weekends
