School's Out Day Camps - Registration open for September 30 and October 21
Important information:
Our classes and day camps maintain a maximum 6:1 child-to-staff ratio to provide individualized care and attention for all school-aged children. Participants need to be independent and able to engage safely with coaches and other children within this ratio. However, if your child would benefit from a smaller ratio for a more personalized experience, we are happy to suggest a class with a lower ratio or to accommodate this with specialized support for an additional fee. Please reach out to us to discuss how we can best meet your child’s needs.
Please note: If your child is unable to participate independently you may be asked to assist. We reserve the right to ask participants to leave a program if they are disrespectful to our coaches or facility
Payments can be made with credit card, e-check (via your bank account) or drop a cheque off at the club at 1900 1st Ave NE (Between Colour My World Child Care & Creekside Carwash)
Please note that we are not accepting cash payments at this time.
There is a locked mailbox for after hours drop offs.
Refund policy
No refunds are granted after the first class except in case of a medical issue accompanied by a Doctor's note.
If extenuating circumstances exist that are not medical in nature, the parent or guardian may write a letter to the Board of Directors to review the gymnast's situation.
COVID 19 - Please note COVID 19 is specifically excluded from our medical refund policy. If your child must miss classes due to COVID 19 isolating requirements, there will be no refund and no makeup classes available. In the event that classes must be cancelled by the club due to Covid 19 requirements, a credit will be placed on your account for those cancelled classes for the amount of the variable costs included in your registration.
The Board reserves the right to grant pro-rated refunds, and to retain an administration fee of $10 to process the refund. Insurance fees are not refundable.
