2025 Fall Registration ​
Saturday August 23rd - 11:00 am
Please note we are changing registration software! Everyone will need to set up a new parent account and add your child(ren) as participants!

Create a parent account
Add your child(ren) as participants

Once registration is open - you can:
Click on Registration - select Fall 2025 Recreational Session
Find the class that you want to register in and click on Register beside it
From the participant drop down, select the child you want to register
Click on Ok
If you are done, click on View Cart. If not, click on Close to add another registration.
Please note that the system will empty your cart after 20 minutes
When you click on your cart you will see:
* The program(s) you are registering in
* The recreational admin fee
* The 1 book per family lottery requirement to sell tickets
* The appropriate GymSask Membership required for your child(ren).

If you wish to buyout your families lottery ticket sales - you must click on Add Suggested Subscription underneath "Your Cart". Click on that and select the buyout option. It will then be added to your invoice. (There has been no change in the lottery ticket requirement. The requirement applies to families who have children in Kindergym, CanGym Badges, Specialty Classes)

Payment options - there are only 2 choices:
* If you are receiving JumpStart / Kidsport assistance - select that option! Once we receive the funding, you will be notified if there is any outstanding amount to be paid.
* The other option is to pay by Credit Card online. This includes Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Visa or Mastercard.

Please note that registration time is very busy, and we will do our best to answer emails as quickly as possible. Messages on Facebook and Instagram may not be seen as notification is often delayed on these platforms!

If the class that you want for your child is full - please put them on the waitlist as it may be possible to add classes or spots!
Refund policy
No refunds are granted after the first class except in case of a medical issue accompanied by a Doctor's note.
If extenuating circumstances exist that are not medical in nature, the parent or guardian may write a letter to the Board of Directors to review the gymnast's situation.

COVID 19 - Please note COVID 19 is specifically excluded from our medical refund policy. If your child must miss classes due to COVID 19 isolating requirements, there will be no refund and no makeup classes available. In the event that classes must be cancelled by the club due to Covid 19 requirements, a credit will be placed on your account for those cancelled classes for the amount of the variable costs included in your registration.
The Board reserves the right to grant pro-rated refunds, and to retain an administration fee of $10 to process the refund. Insurance fees are not refundable.
